Policies:

RESERVATIONS: 2 night minimum required

RESERVATION DEPOSITS: A 1-night deposit by check is required at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made less than seven (7) days prior to arrival or within the cancellation period full payment is required for which we accept VISA and MasterCard. The deposit is charged to your account at the time you make your reservation. PERSONAL CHECKS may be used for the deposit if received within 10 days of making the reservation. A confirmation of your reservation with the amount of the balance due, credit card receipt and directions to Alderhouse Bed and Breakfast are sent to you immediately upon deposit.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is after 3 P.M., when possible we would prefer check-in between 3 P.M and 6 P.M. For the comfort of our other guests, we cannot accept a check-in later than 10 P.M. Check out is 11 A.M. But we are flexible. We ask that you let us know of your approximate arrival time so that we can be here to greet you!

CANCELLATIONS: Notification is required 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Alderhouse will refund a reservation deposit for cancellations made within the required 7 days. For cancellations with less than 7 days to arrival date will be issued only if the accommodations can be rebooked for the canceled day/s period.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Our house is non-smoking. For guests who smoke we ask you to please do so outside. We have provided chairs on the deck and there is a covered area for you to sit while you enjoy your smoke. Profanity and drunkenness will not be tolerated.
